Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What exactly is ViewMetrics?

ViewMetrics is a leading media research and content evaluation platform. We partner with major studios and streaming platforms to gather structured, qualitative feedback from a global network of paid evaluators (like you) to help them make strategic decisions about content.

How is ViewMetrics different from a regular review site?

We are not a public review site. Our evaluators work under NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) using proprietary metrics to provide deep, structured analysis on specific elements like pacing, narrative coherence, and market resonance. The data is private and used exclusively by our clients.

What kind of content will I be reviewing?

You will review pre-release content, pilots, new episodes of series, and feature films across various genres (Drama, Sci-Fi, Comedy, Documentary, etc.). Content is matched to your stated interests and demographic profile.

Who can apply to be an evaluator?

We welcome applicants from all over the world who are passionate about film and TV, possess excellent written communication skills, and have a reliable internet connection. We actively seek diversity in demographics and viewing habits to ensure our data is representative.

Is there a fee to join ViewMetrics?

No. Applying to and working with ViewMetrics is completely free. We pay you for your insights; you never pay us.

How long does the application process take?

The initial application is quick (5–10 minutes). If your profile meets our current needs, you will receive an invitation to complete a short, unpaid qualification module. Once certified, you gain immediate access to paid assignments on the Evaluator Dashboard.

How often will I receive assignments?

Assignment availability fluctuates based on client demand and content release schedules. Opportunities depend on your profile match and the number of active projects. We do not guarantee a set number of assignments per week, but we notify you immediately when a match is found.

How long does a typical evaluation take?

This depends on the content. A full-length feature film (90–120 minutes) may require 30–45 minutes for the structured review form afterward. Pilot episodes (30–60 minutes) require less time.

Are there deadlines for submissions?

Yes. All assignments come with strict deadlines (usually 24–72 hours after acceptance). This is crucial for our clients' production timelines. Failure to meet deadlines may impact your qualification status.

How much will I be paid per evaluation?

Compensation rates are competitive and vary based on the content length, complexity, and urgency. The exact payout amount will always be clearly stated on the assignment card before you accept the job.

When and how often do I get paid?

We process payments on a weekly or bi-weekly basis (e.g., every Tuesday). Payments are typically made via secure third-party platforms such as PayPal or direct bank transfer, depending on your location.

Is my payment guaranteed?

Yes. Payment is guaranteed once your submitted review meets our pre-agreed quality standards and is submitted before the deadline. We ensure full transparency regarding our quality guidelines.
